Vision for Education - Southampton seeks a skilled Primary School SEN Tutor Specialist to provide academic support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a member of our dedicated team, you will deliver tailored lessons, build strong relationships with students and families, and contribute to the school's mission to improve educational outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and deliver lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students with ASD.
- Maintain effective communication with students, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Engage in regular professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in Special Educational Needs.
Estimated Salary: £52,500 - £68,750 per annum
Essential Qualifications and Experience:- Holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, preferably those with ASD.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
