Primary Teaching Role - SEN Support

At Graduately Developing Futures, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) and behavioural difficulties.

This role requires a skilled and dedicated SEN Teacher to work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to provide individualised support to students with mixed learning difficulties.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in primary or secondary education, with SEN experience and effective classroom behavioural management skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs
  • Delivering phonic teaching for primary ages
  • Taking additional training as required to enhance professional development
  • Working collaboratively with a team of TAs and support staff
  • Developing and improving teaching resources

Package Details: The salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, offering a competitive package with opportunities for growth and development.
