Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students with SEN.
- Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and strategies to support students' academic and social-emotional growth.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes independence, resilience, and self-regulation.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and interventions as needed.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience of working in a secondary school is preferred.
- Experience of working with SEN students.
- Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions, including behaviour management techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Competitive pay rates (£30,000 - £46,525 per annum).
