We are dedicated to offering a blend of rotational craft beer, Indian food, cocktails, and live sports, creating an engaging atmosphere for our customers. Our brand is built on a foundation of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, making us an exciting place to work.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive 28 days' holiday, a targeted bonus scheme, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and forward-thinking Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that build our brand, drive business objectives, and reinforce our core brand pillars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy across all locations, ensuring brand consistency and a unified company voice.
- Create location-specific campaigns while maintaining an overarching brand narrative, adjusting marketing efforts based on each site's unique customer base and community.
- Analyze market trends, synthesizing feedback from all locations, to recommend comprehensive changes to marketing and business development strategies.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities across all sites, and manage the company's marketing budget effectively, ensuring a solid return on investment.
- Establish relationships within local communities surrounding each location, building partnerships that enhance brand visibility and community integration.
