At Optical Express, we are seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our Exeter clinic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art treatment centre and contribute to the success of our patients' visual outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in theatre or scrub roles and be registered with NMC or HCPC. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for assisting in laser vision correction, intraocular lens (cataract) procedures, and anaesthetic duties.

We offer a competitive salary package, including £35,000 per annum, 29 days' annual leave, and paid professional fees. Our team benefits from ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a modern working environment.

In this role, you will work alongside expert ophthalmologists as part of our multidisciplinary clinical teams, contributing to leading-edge practice in clinical eye care. You will also be involved in pre-operative assessments, discharge patients with after-care advice, and manage medicines.
