About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Department Practitioner or Nurse to join our Urology Theatre team as a Band 6 Team Leader.


As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for leading and working within the Urology Theatre teams, providing high-quality care for patients and acting as a resource for the specialty.


You will plan and manage the implementation of individual care programmes for patients, across our general and specialist theatres, whether in our acute or community setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as deputy for the Clinical ODP Manager.

Requirements
