Ward Sister/Charge Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Ward Sister/Charge Nurse to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing clinical and managerial leadership to the nursing and multi-professional team.
Job Responsibilities:- Act as a clinical leader and expert practitioner, liaising with the multidisciplinary team and external agencies to provide optimum patient care.
- Regularly review patient records to evaluate the effectiveness of care planning and delivery, and use the results to improve patient outcomes.
- Play a proactive role in quality and service improvement, working closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager and multi-disciplinary team to audit clinical standards of care.
- Ensure a good working environment where all patients receive a high standard of clinical care.
Long days and nights, including weekends.
