About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ward Sister/Charge Nurse to join our team at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 6 Ward Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical and managerial leadership to the nursing and multi-professional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a clinical leader and expert practitioner, liaising with the multidisciplinary team and external agencies to provide optimum patient care.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Ward Sister/Charge Nurse, with a strong track record of clinical leadership and management.
