Community and Social Inclusion Specialist

Service Care Solutions Ltd is a leading recruitment agency for the Probation service nationwide. We are currently recruiting for Community Payback Supervisors in Northamptonshire, with immediate starts available subject to security clearance.
Community Payback Responsibilities
- Conduct Pre-Placement Unpaid Work Induction sessions to ensure service users understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed, and relevant staff are alerted to any risks, with accurate and timely completion of associated paperwork.
- Provide service users with appropriate tools, equipment, and supplies, and ensure they follow instructions for safe use.
- Use pro-social and motivational techniques to ensure service users complete assigned work in a disciplined and well-behaved manner.
- Monitor attendance and promote successful completions for service users allocated to agency placements.
- Maintain accurate records of service users, updating information on the case management system in a timely manner.
Community Payback Essential Experience
- Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to supervise constructively while maintaining authority.
- Evidence of problem-solving in a workplace or similar environment.
- Knowledge of safety at work, public protection, and risk of harm in all aspects of work.
Community Payback Technical Requirements
- Basic knowledge of First Aid and a willingness to undertake further training.
- Driving Licence.
