Engineering Team Lead

**Job Overview:** We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Engineering Team Lead to join our growing food manufacturing company.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance schedules and plans for a team of engineers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Lead a team of engineers in conducting hands-on maintenance and repair work.
- Work closely with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in engineering maintenance, preferably with experience leading a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Salary:** £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
**Estimated Salary Range:** Based on industry standards and location, we estimate this role to pay between £50,000 and £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
