Lead Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead our development team in Crewe, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop high-performance software applications using cutting-edge technologies.
- Lead technical decision-making processes and code reviews to ensure the highest standards of quality.

- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
