Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Care Team Lead to join our team at Progressive Care UK Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our social care services, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in social care practice, particularly in supporting vulnerable adults and children, and leading professional development initiatives. You will also have strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills, with a focus on innovation and excellence. In addition, you will have a thorough understanding of ASYE, safeguarding, and regulatory standards, as well as exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £56,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the social care services, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and manage social care projects, acting as a Project Manager and ensuring projects align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to enhance the company's profile as a social care provider, exploring innovative service delivery opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Social Care or related field and current registration with relevant regulatory body.
  • Extensive experience in social care practice, particularly in supporting vulnerable adults and children, and leading professional development initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills, with a focus on innovation and excellence.
  • Thorough understanding of ASYE, safeguarding, and regulatory standards.
