Job Title: Clinical Team Lead - Adults

Salary: Up to £19.93 per hour (£34,200 per annum)

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Lead - Adults to join our team. As a Clinical Team Lead - Adults, you will be responsible for supporting the holistic needs of adults living with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia, and physical disabilities.

Your key responsibilities will include assessing, planning, and providing person-centred nursing care, promoting health and wellbeing, and managing situations when individuals display challenging behaviours. You will also be responsible for coaching, teaching, and supporting your colleagues.
