Recovery Lead - RN/ODP Position

We are offering a competitive salary of up to £44,000 per annum (dependent on experience) for this role.

About the Role

This Recovery Lead position is available at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

The hospital is a 40-bed inpatient unit and day-case facility that specializes in Orthopaedic Surgery. It is part of the Ramsay Health Care group and provides clinical care to private, insured, and NHS patients.

  • Requirements:
  • Registered with the NMC/HCPC
  • At least 3 years of recovery experience
  • ALS qualification is desirable
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs
  • A passion for delivering excellent patient-focused services
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Demonstrated computer skills
