About the Role

The Engine Performance Optimisation Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and enabling tasks for support technicians to ensure efficient testing of engines on dynamometers or engine sub-assemblies on rigs. This role requires extensive knowledge of engine test installations, particularly the equipment used in the test process.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinating with support technicians to facilitate task completion.
  • Providing guidance and training on engine test installations and equipment.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve issues and improve testing processes.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of engine testing principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in engine performance optimisation and have experience in a similar field.
