Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engine and vehicle calibration programs, including emissions and performance development programs, as well as low-volume production programs.
  • Lead a small team of engineers to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of programs.
  • Work on-site at our Northampton facility for test bed activities and potentially off-site to support UK-based vehicle calibration.
Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrable experience and genuine enthusiasm for high-performance gasoline engine and vehicle calibration.
  • Emissions and OBD specialism is essential – Gasoline Particulate Filter experience is highly desirable.
  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent qualification.
  • Thorough understanding of legislative requirements for worldwide markets.
  • Effective communication skills for technical and managerial levels to support customer meetings and business development opportunities.

Salary range: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
