Job Overview:

We are seeking a High Performance Calibration Manager to join our team at Omega Resource Group in Northampton. In this role, you will be responsible for leading engine calibration programs for high-performance gasoline engines.

Compensation Package: Estimated £63,000 - £68,000 per annum

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engine calibration programs for emissions and performance development.
  • Lead a small team of engineers to achieve project targets within budget and time constraints.
  • Conduct test bed activities at our Northampton site and potentially off-site for UK-based vehicle calibration.
  • Mentor junior colleagues to ensure they meet company quality standards.
  • Comply with health, safety, environmental, and energy regulations.
