High Performance Engineer

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Calibration Engineer to join our team in Northampton. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in engine calibration, with a strong background in high-performance gasoline engine and vehicle calibration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver engine and vehicle calibration programs, including emissions and performance development programs & low volume production programs.
- Lead and manage a small team of engineers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engine calibration with other functions.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in engine calibration, preferably in a high-performance gasoline engine and vehicle calibration environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
