The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects, including CNC programming and new part introduction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop precision CNC grinding programs for specialized grinding machines.
  • Lead new part introduction (NPI) for both prototype and production projects.
  • Design innovative fixtures and tooling to support NPI projects and streamline production.
  • Drive improvements in tool life and cycle times by implementing cutting-edge technologies.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor team members by supporting departmental training and career development programs.
