Lead Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in CNC programming to join our client in Northampton.
Estimated Salary: £52,500 per annum
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the manufacturing team in the design, development, and implementation of new products and processes.
About the Role:
- Develop and maintain high-quality CNC programs for machining operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes.
- Liaise with suppliers to source materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CNC programming and manufacturing engineering.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering).
