The role involves supporting the manufacturing areas by developing, verifying, and validating new and existing processes to ensure that we can service the heat transfer and engine cooling market.

The successful candidate will have relevant manufacturing/engineering degree preferred, A Levels, ONC, City & Guilds level 3, BTEC National Diploma Level 3, IVQ Technician Diploma, or equivalent NVQ level 3 qualification.

Additionally, they should have experience with FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), Kaizen/A3 (continuous improvement and problem solving) process improvement, and Poka Yoke (error proofing) techniques.

The ideal candidate will also possess strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of the use and control of business metrics (OEE, COPQ, DLE, TAKT, Cycle Times, etc.), and proven project management skills.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00am to 16:30pm, and Friday 08:00am to 15:30pm
