We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Abuse Caseworker to join our team in London. As a key member of our Domestic Abuse team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to victims of domestic abuse.

As a Domestic Abuse Caseworker, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of service users affected by domestic abuse, delivering excellent services that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each victim receives a tailored support and information service that addresses their specific needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking risk and needs assessments to address the specific needs of clients
  • Providing information and advocacy to enable service users to navigate the criminal justice process
  • Working with safeguarding leads and other agencies to ensure an integrated approach to addressing safeguarding concerns

We are looking for someone with experience of working with vulnerable adults and/or families affected by domestic abuse. You will need to have a strong understanding of confidentiality and safe working practices, as well as good IT and administrative skills.
