Restaurant Operations Manager

Mowgli Street Food, a renowned Indian Street Food chain, is seeking a skilled Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team.
As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Deputy and General Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.
With a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example, motivating the team to achieve their best.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the management team in achieving business objectives
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Leading and developing a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance as needed
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Managing inventory, stock, and supplies to optimize profitability
• Analyzing sales data and providing insights to inform business decisions
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
• Working closely with the marketing team to promote the brand and drive sales
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, customer service, and data protection
• Performing other duties as assigned by the management team
