Pertemps Network Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced CIPD HR Business Partner to join our forward-thinking team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and determining their HR operational and strategic needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing ER and HR related advice to clients, ensuring the advice offers best practice and commercially practical solutions, while explaining the risks and liabilities associated with each solution

* Undertaking ad-hoc HR consultancy work on site or remotely as directed

* Traveling across the UK to visit clients on site

* Supporting the business development team by identifying opportunities for additional services
