We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Consultant to join our team at Pertemps Leicester. As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Effectively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and determining their HR operational and strategic needs.
  • HR Advice: Provide expert advice on employment law, employee relations, and talent management, ensuring best practice and commercially practical solutions.
  • Client Growth: Grow the client base in terms of value and profitability of delivery.
  • Ad-hoc Consultancy: Undertake ad-hoc HR consultancy work on site or remotely as directed.
  • Travel: Travel across the UK to visit clients on site.
  • Business Development: Support the business development team by identifying opportunities for additional services.

Requirements:
