Job Type: Full-time

Location: UK (with travel)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice to clients, ensuring compliance and determining their HR operational and strategic needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively account manage a portfolio of clients to ensure compliance and determine their HR operational and strategic needs.
  • Provide ER and HR related advice to clients, ensuring the advice offers best practice and commercially practical solutions.
  • Undertake ad-hoc HR consultancy work on site or remotely as directed.
  • Travel across the UK to visit clients on site.
  • Support the business development team by identifying opportunities for additional services.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified with a strong background in HR management.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
