About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Veritas Partners Ltd. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and teams across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR expertise and coaching support to management teams to drive business performance and minimize risk.
  • Lead and influence change at a strategic level, working closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives.
  • Manage the regions succession planning and talent management processes, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for key positions.
  • Support managers in creating development plans and recruitment plans to fill current and future skills gaps.
  • Manage employment tribunals and ensure that all colleagues have a quality induction and training to deliver their role and remain legally compliant.
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources to develop action plans that add value to the business.
  • Provide advice and coaching to enable managers to deal with poor performance issues and minimize the impact on business results.
Requirements
  • Good/Excellent understanding of current UK Employment Law.
  • Senior HR Generalist with experience of operating across multi-site/multi-region businesses.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust and relationships across all levels.
  • Ability to influence at a senior management level, both of peers and above.
