Are you a seasoned HR professional looking to elevate your career? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CIPD HR Business Partner to join our forward-thinking team at Pertemps Network Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and determining their HR operational and strategic needs, delivering services in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Provide expert ER and HR advice to clients, ensuring best practice and commercially practical solutions, while explaining associated risks and liabilities.
  • Grow the client base in terms of value and profitability of delivery.
  • Undertake ad-hoc HR consultancy work on-site or remotely as directed.
  • Travel across the UK to visit clients on-site.
  • Support the business development team by identifying opportunities for additional services.
