Key Responsibilities:
Produce and deliver accurate cost estimates, tender summaries, and costed risk registers for infrastructure projects, with a focus on rail.
Analyse method-related costs and temporary works in collaboration with Project Managers and other teams.
Support on other frameworks, projects, and tenders, utilizing expertise in estimating for a wide variety of infrastructure projects.
Lead by example, setting high standards and coaching others towards excellence in cost management and estimation.
Utilize detailed knowledge of risk management procedures and their impact on cost estimates, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
Demonstrate competence in using estimating software and strong IT skills to support project delivery.
