Job Title: Newly Qualified Occupational TherapistAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic newly qualified occupational therapist to join our expanding team at Outcomes First Group. As a registered practitioner, you will work under the supervision of a senior occupational therapist to complete a preceptorship year, before working more independently following competencies being signed off.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing a holistic, therapeutic, and dynamic approach to helping our pupils in their daily lives. You will assess and treat individuals within the service, delivering meaningful activity within an individual and group environment.

You will be required to do screening and assessments as required, with report writing being supported by your supervisor initially. In addition, you will provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as needed.

About the Team

You will be working within our supportive multi-disciplinary therapy team to help create an environment where our pupils can flourish, learn, and develop. The team includes psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and therapy assistants.

Someone with a rounded and integrated approach to care, education, and clinical services would be perfect for this role.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary: £28,000 - £33,000 (DOE)
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08.30 - 16.30
  • Permanent, Term Time only 42 weeks
  • £2,000 training allowance for role-specific training
