About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinician to join our team as a Lead Clinician. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our therapy services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage our therapy services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our pupils.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of our therapy services.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical teams to ensure the integration of therapy services into our overall service delivery.
  • Ensure the maintenance of high standards of clinical governance and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Degree in SaLT or related field.
  • Registered with the HCPC.
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience of working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage strategically.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners.
  • Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting.
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults.
  • Experience of lecturing/teaching/training.
