Primary Care Clinical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Clinical Lead to join our team at HMP Stocken, a category C men's prison located in the East Midlands.

In this role, you will have the autonomy to shape the clinical service to provide the highest standards of healthcare to our patients, without compromising on efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with partners to maintain a high-quality clinical service for patients
  • Coach, line manage, and develop clinician staff
  • Chair and facilitate specific healthcare meetings with the team and different partners
  • Deliver workshops to develop the team's learning in various areas, such as clinical processes, documentation, and patient care
  • Be responsible for the rota and managing shortages and signing off agency nurses' hours

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (Adult)
  • Evidence of Continued Professional Development
  • Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
  • Existing line management experience and student nurse mentorship
