About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinician to join our team at The Shires - Oakham. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our speech and language therapies services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of speech and language therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and effectiveness of our speech and language therapies services.
- Collaborate with other clinical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes for our clients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our service policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of speech and language therapists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive service improvement.
