About the Role:
As a Regional Nurse, you'll embark on a journey to deliver high clinical standards across your region. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure residents receive exceptional care. Your responsibilities include settling new residents into their homes, advancing the skills of your team members, and developing personalized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.

Your Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. A strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge and understanding of key regulatory frameworks are also essential. A successful track record of creating detailed care plans and risk assessments is required. You'll be dedicated, ambitious, and able to inspire your team with excellent communication skills.

Rewards Package:
In return for your dedication, you'll receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus our sector-leading benefits and rewards package including:
