About the Role

This full-time Service Manager position offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and the chance to inspire complex care services in your region. You'll have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of individuals who are passionate about delivering high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of complex care packages involving clinical interventions such as spinal injuries and acquired brain injuries.
  • Lead a team of nurses and case managers to coordinate and manage care packages.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of care.
  • Foster a person-centred approach and prioritise individual wellbeing.
  • Act as a responsive advocate for complaints and safeguarding.
Compensation Package:
  • Annual salary up to £60,000, plus performance-based bonuses.
  • 25 days holiday, additional bank holidays, and an extra day off for your birthday.

Requirements:
