Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to lead our complex care services in the North East and Yorkshire region. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000, depending on experience, along with performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex care packages involving clinical interventions such as spinal injuries and acquired brain injuries.">
  • Lead a team of nurses and case managers to coordinate and manage care packages.">
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of care.">
  • Foster a person-centred approach and prioritise individual wellbeing.">
  • Act as a responsive advocate for complaints and safeguarding.">
