Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House professional to join our team at Bis Recruit. As a Front of House/Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front of House Support: Provide a warm and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Administrative Support: Assist with diary management, meeting room setup, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Supply Chain Management: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of office stationery and supplies.
- Logistics and Coordination: Book taxis, handle post and parcels, and coordinate social events.
- Operational Support: Assist the Operations Manager in supporting the CEO's Executive Assistant responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous Front of House experience in a corporate or upscale hospitality environment, preferably within the luxury market.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
- Education: Recent graduates with relevant experience may be considered.
