About the Role

NHS Elect is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Improvement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the National Quality Coach Development Programme, working closely with stakeholders from across the country.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement and a proven track record of delivering high-quality training and development programs. They will be responsible for designing and delivering adult learning workshops, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and providing leadership across various NHS Elect initiatives.
