Audit Quality Senior Manager: Delivering Excellence in Assurance

Quality Enterprises USA is seeking an exceptional Audit Quality Senior Manager to drive excellence in assurance. This senior-level role requires a professional with strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a passion for quality.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned audit professional to perform 'hot reviews' of audits, collaborating closely with the audit teams and engagement quality review partners. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for applying your technical expertise to challenge audit procedures and documentation, while supporting and coaching teams to implement identified improvements in audit quality.
You will play a critical role in identifying issues and matters that require firm-wide action, as well as contributing to ad-hoc projects related to improving audit quality. As the team grows, you will provide support to the legal team, deliver training alongside the audit standards team, and assist during FRC inspections.
Requirements- A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, CA, or ACCA)
- Significant experience in audit, audit quality control, and/or audit inspection
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and/or UK GAAP
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate complex information, understand the bigger picture, and identify key factors that ensure high-quality standards
- A high level of motivation and passion for audit quality, with a desire to drive improvement
- A willingness to work flexibly as part of a close-knit team and as a self-directed individual
