Job Title: Store Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Bloom Search International. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury accessories store in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure all visual merchandising directives from HQ are implemented and the shop floor reflects the brand and concept standards
- Identify and engage loyal customers to the brand and develop a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Understand and deliver the brand's core values and drive sales
Requirements:
- Passionate about the luxury accessories brand and its culture of exceptional customer service
- Proven experience in leading a team and driving sales in a retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
