About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at JoJo Maman Bébé. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction, and store standards.
  • Develop and implement effective store strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and increase store profitability.
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure a positive and supportive store environment.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform store strategies and decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or equivalent role in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
