Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at JoJo Maman Bébé. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of store standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction, and store standards.
- Develop and implement effective store strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and increase store profitability.
- Manage store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure a positive and supportive store environment.
- Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the wider JoJo Maman Bébé team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise to drive business success.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
