About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at JoJo Maman Bébé. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and stock control.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Manage the store's visual merchandising and display to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Work closely with the store's sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and coaching to sales assistants.
- Manage the store's budget and ensure that all financial targets are met.
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the store's management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team of sales assistants.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
