Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at JoJo Maman Bébé. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall performance of the store, including sales, customer service, and stock control.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-maintained, including maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Manage the store's budget, including controlling costs and ensuring profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including responding to customer complaints and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
