About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at JoJo Maman Bébé. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
- Collaborate with the wider retail team to share best practices and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider retail team.
