**Job Summary**

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our supported living services in the UK.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling vulnerable individuals to reach their full potential and live a happy life.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personalized care and support to service users, including administering medication and assisting with daily living tasks.
  • Encourage and facilitate social activities and engagement, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring a high level of care and support.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

  • Passion for supporting vulnerable individuals and promoting their independence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
