Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care and Support: Provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks such as shopping and medical appointments.
  • Encouraging Social Activities: Encourage service users to engage in a range of exciting social activities both within and outside their homes.
  • Building Relationships: Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families, enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest.
  • Flexibility: Work full-time or part-time hours flexibly according to the needs of the service over 7 days.
