Support Worker Role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our supported living services in Scunthorpe.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and administering medication, as well as assisting with domestic tasks such as shopping and medical appointments.
  • Encouraging residents to engage in a range of social activities, both within and outside their homes.
  • Developing warm and trusting relationships with residents and their families, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Working flexible hours, including full-time and part-time shifts, to meet the needs of the service over 7 days.
