About the Role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our supported living services in Scunthorpe. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our service users to live fulfilling lives, promoting their independence, and supporting them in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including administering medication and assisting with domestic tasks such as shopping and medical appointments.
  • Encourage service users to engage in a range of social activities, both within and outside their homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Work flexibly, including full-time and part-time hours, to meet the needs of the service over 7 days.
