Lead a Team of Sales Advisors at Jo Malone London

Jo Malone London is a renowned fragrance house seeking a dynamic and inspirational Boutique Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Advisors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leadership of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and customer service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Host in-store events and elevate the customer experience through creative and engaging activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
